Oliver Winter – Managing Director

Oliver Winter has over 15 years’ experience in the commercial cleaning industry and is the Managing Director of Victory Cleaning, a family-run business with more than 30 years of industry heritage.

Starting with just one client, Oliver has grown Victory Cleaning into a trusted commercial cleaning provider, now employing over 150 trained cleaning professionals across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, offices, and public buildings.

Oliver’s hands-on approach ensures that every contract is built on clear communication, robust systems, and consistent standards. He places strong emphasis on:

• Proper staff training and development

• Fair pay and supportive management

• Health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance

• Protecting clients’ buildings, staff, and service users

Under Oliver’s leadership, Victory Cleaning focuses on doing things properly and professionally — never cutting corners and never compromising on quality or safety.

Away from the business, Oliver is a family man who enjoys playing golf, padel, and spending time outdoors whenever work allows.

Hannah Winter – Director

Hannah Winter is a Director at Victory Cleaning and plays a key role in the company’s focus on education-sector cleaning and people management.
Hannah holds a degree in Education and spent five years working as a teacher, giving her a deep understanding of how schools operate, the importance of safeguarding, and the standards required to maintain safe, hygienic learning environments.

As Victory Cleaning grew — alongside Oliver and Hannah starting their family — Hannah joined the business and helped shape its strong position within the education sector. Drawing on her educational background, Victory Cleaning developed tailored cleaning systems for schools and academies and now supports over 60 schools, including primary schools, secondary schools, and academy trusts.

Over the years, Hannah has completed extensive training in:

• HR management and compliance

• Recruitment and onboarding processes

• Safeguarding and DBS procedures

• Staff development and retention

• Policy creation and data protection

Hannah is particularly focused on ensuring staff are well supported, properly trained, and fully compliant — creating a stable, reliable workforce that schools and other clients can trust.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, travelling on holiday, and keeping active through regular workouts.

Christine Roffey – Area Manager

Christine Roffey joined Victory Cleaning in 2017, starting her journey with the company as a cleaner. Through hard work, dedication, and a deep understanding of the industry, she progressed into roles as Supervisor, Mobile Supervisor, and now Area Manager.

Having worked at every level of the operation, Christine has a unique, hands-on understanding of each role within the business. This experience gives her exceptional insight into managing teams, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting staff on site.

Before joining Victory Cleaning, Christine gained valuable experience in roles focused on customer service, recruitment, and staff management, which she now brings into her area management role. She is highly skilled in:

• Supporting and managing cleaning teams

• Maintaining consistent service standards

• Client communication and relationship management

• Recruitment, training, and staff development

• Problem-solving and site support

Christine plays a key role in ensuring contracts run smoothly and that both clients and staff feel supported at all times.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and walking her large German Shepherd. She also values any spare time she can get with her family — when she manages to escape work!

Kesley Lynch – Area Manager

Kesley joined Victory Cleaning in 2025 after relocating from Manchester to Kent, bringing with her a lifetime of experience in the cleaning industry.

Growing up in a family-run cleaning business, Kesley has been involved in cleaning from a young age — progressing from hands-on site work to client meetings, audits, recruitment, team training, and day-to-day management. This full-spectrum experience gives her an excellent understanding of both operational delivery and client expectations.

Kesley’s background means she is highly skilled in:

• Managing cleaning teams and supervisors

• Conducting site audits and quality checks

• Recruiting and training new team members

• Client communication and relationship management

• Maintaining consistent service standards

Her practical knowledge and approachable management style make her a key point of contact for both clients and staff.
Outside of work, Kesley enjoys walking her dogs along the Whitstable coastline and spending time with friends and family.

Emma – Sales

Emma joined Victory Cleaning in 2024 to support the company’s continued growth, bringing with her strong sales experience from working with a large food supplier.

Emma’s approach to sales aligns perfectly with Victory Cleaning’s values — no hard selling, no pressure, just honest conversations and the right solutions at the right time. She focuses on building a natural sales pipeline, working with businesses that:

• Are experiencing service issues

• Have contracts approaching renewal

• Need additional services their current provider doesn’t offer

By understanding client needs rather than pushing quick wins, Emma helps build long-term relationships that benefit both our clients and our teams.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends, loves going on holiday, and absolutely adores her dogs.

Laura – Admin & HR

Laura joined Victory Cleaning in 2024 to strengthen and support the company’s administration and HR functions as the business continued to grow. With expansion comes complexity, and Laura plays a key role in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Before joining Victory Cleaning, Laura worked within a busy building and construction company, where she gained strong experience in handling high-volume administration, compliance, and coordination. This background made her well placed to step into a fast-moving operational environment.

Laura is often the first point of contact for new recruits and is responsible for guiding them through the onboarding process. Her role includes:

• Matching candidates to the correct roles

• Managing recruitment administration

• Checking references and right-to-work documents

• Coordinating and tracking DBS checks

• Maintaining accurate staff records and compliance files

• Supporting managers with HR administration and processes

Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail help ensure the business remains compliant, efficient, and well supported behind the scenes — allowing operational teams to focus on delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys looking after herself, spending quality time with her children and wider family, and loves getting away on holiday whenever she can.
